How does it work?
Every GROHE product you buy earns you points - which can be exchanged for GROHE products. The full details are here
Can I use cash to top up my points when I redeem a reward?
Currently no, but we’ll notify you if this changes.
Can you deliver to any different address?
Yes, when you redeem your points for rewards you can select any UK address for delivery.
I have registered, but not heard from GROHE.

Can I register into the GROHE ACTIVE Programme if I live outside the UK?
Unfortunately not, the Scheme is only open to bona fide trading plumbing and central heating Installers who are resident in, and whose normal place of business is, within Mainland UK, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.

If you’re already a registered member simply make sure you have your membership number available when you call - you’ll automatically receive priority attention!
Member get member - how does it work?
For every friend that you recommend who becomes an Active member you will receive 500 points!
All that you have to do is give them your membership number. They then enter that number into the Promotional box on the top left hand corner of the registration form. You will be credited with 500 points as soon as they make their first claim!
